Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for patients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Diagnose and manage a wide variety of medical conditions. Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care. Perform relevant medical procedures and tests. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary. Educate patients and families on health management strategies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records. Consult with specialists for complex cases. Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Stay current with medical advancements and best practices. Provide mentorship and training to junior staff. Promote preventive care measures to enhance patient wellness. Engage in community health outreach programs. Uphold ethical standards and patient confidentiality. Qualifications MD or DNB in General Medicine from a recognized institution. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting. Strong knowledge of medical procedures and diagnostics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in electronic health record systems. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Commitment to continuous professional development. Compassionate and patient-centered attitude. Ability to handle high-pressure situations. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with national healthcare regulations. Understanding of evidence-based practice. Willingness to participate in ongoing training and education.
