General Manager(Female)

• Daily Operations Management: Oversee smooth functioning of gym and beauty parlour activities, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Staff Supervision: Lead, train, schedule, and monitor fitness trainers, beauticians, receptionists, and housekeeping staff.
• Client Relationship Handling: Greet clients, manage inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
• Sales & Targets: Drive membership sales, beauty service packages, retail product sales, and achieve monthly revenue goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and proper service standards across all departments.
• Attendance & Performance Monitoring: Track staff attendance, evaluate performance, and ensure discipline and professionalism.
• Appointments & Scheduling: Coordinate gym sessions, beauty bookings, therapist schedules, and manage peak hours efficiently.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain stock of beauty products, consumables, supplements, and stationery; handle purchase requests.
• Finance Coordination: Maintain daily sales reports, cash handling, membership renewals, and timely submission of accounts.
• Marketing Support: Assist in promotions, social media updates, membership campaigns, and local marketing activities.
• Customer Feedback & Improvement: Collect feedback and implement improvements to enhance service standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure safety protocols, equipment checks, and staff adherence to company policies and SOPs.
• Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to management on operations, revenue, staff issues, and customer updates.
