gym trainer(Female)

Minimum 2 years experience needed

Core Responsibilities

• Guide members through proper exercise techniques and workout routines.
• Create personalized fitness plans based on individual goals (weight loss, muscle gain, general fitness, rehabilitation).
• Demonstrate exercises safely and correctly.
• Motivate and support clients to stay consistent with workouts.
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to training plans.
• Ensure members use equipment safely and prevent workout injuries.

Gym Floor Management

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gym floor.
• Inspect and ensure all equipment is in safe working condition.
• Assist members with machine settings and form correction.
• Enforce gym rules and promote discipline.

Client Interaction

• Conduct fitness assessments and consultations.
• Provide diet and lifestyle recommendations (basic, non-medical).
• Track client attendance and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with members to improve retention.

Training & Professional Skills

• Stay updated with new workout methods and fitness trends.
• Have knowledge in strength training, cardio, HIIT, flexibility, and functional movements.
• Ability to train individuals and groups.
• CPR / First-Aid knowledge is an added advantage.

Sales & Administrative Duties (Optional depending on gym)

• Assist in promoting personal training packages.
• Upsell memberships and fitness programs.
• Maintain client records and progress charts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
