Description
As a Project Manager for commercial/Grade-A office building projects, your role will involve design co-ordination, project planning, execution management, budget management, quality control, safety management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, compliance, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with design consultants and internal stakeholders to drive the design process. - Assist the Contracts and Procurement department in preparing the project budget. - Develop detailed project plans encompassing scope, schedule, and resource allocation. - Oversee day-to-day project operations for efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure financial compliance. - Ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications. - Uphold compliance with Capitaland safety standards. - Motivate and lead project team members to encourage collaboration. - Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and team members on project status. - Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. - Ensure project activities align with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. - Present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager in executing Commercial/Grade-A Office buildings. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work well under pressure. - Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is advantageous.
