General Manager/Assistant Vice President

You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of commercial/Grade-A office building projects as a Project Manager. Your main duties will include design co-ordination, project planning, execution management, budget management, quality control, safety management, team leadership, stakeholder communication, risk management, compliance, and reporting. - Drive the design process by coordinating with design consultants and internal stakeholders. - Work closely with the Contracts and Procurement department to assist in preparing the project budget. - Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. - Oversee day-to-day project execution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial constraints. - Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project specifications. - Ensure compliance with Capitaland safety standards. - Lead and motivate project team members to foster a collaborative working environment. - Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively. - Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. - Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. - Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field. - Proven experience as a Project Manager in the execution of Commercial/Grade-A Office buildings. - Strong knowledge of project management software and tools. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.,
