Key Responsibilities: Design Co-ordination: Drive the design process while coordinating with appointed design consultants and internal stakeholders Budget preparation: Work closely with the Contracts and Procurement department and hep in preparation of project budget Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Execution Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of project execution, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and effectively. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring adherence to financial constraints. Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with quality standards and project specifications. Safety: Ensure that all work complies with Capitaland Safety standards Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative working environment. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members regarding project status, challenges, and milestones. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively. Compliance: Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Reporting: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in execution of Commercial/Grade-A Office buildings Strong knowledge of project management software and tools. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) is a plus.

Preparation & presentation of deck for monthly financial performance review and KPI dashboard. Monthly Variance Analysis (prior period vs. Current period, Budget vs. Actual, MTD last month vs current month) and identify key actionable points after discussing variances with a business head and operation teams. Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual Flash & Forecast report, taking operational inputs for Management review. Monitors ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, annual accounts. Ensuring timely completion of all GL related activities. Fixed Asset accounting and reconciliation. MIS and other dashboard reports (monthly/quarterly/annual). Financial Statement and related schedule preparation in coordination with branches. Review of Bank Reconciliation Statement. Preparation of monthly GST working, filing and payment, GST Audit, GST Annual return etc. Coordinate with tax consultants (Direct and Indirect tax) during an assessment, return filings, etc. Managing Audit assignments like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, IFC Audit, Tax, TP etc. Compliance of SEZ Non SEZ regulations. Other related matters.
