General Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to lead our logistics operations across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management, freight forwarding, customs regulations, and global distribution networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize all logistics functions, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that support business goals and ensure cost-efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
• Monitor KPIs to track performance, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with sales, procurement, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior logistics or supply chain management role.
• Strong knowledge of both domestic and international logistics operations.
• In-depth understanding of global trade compliance and transportation regulations.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
