General Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead the tours and travel agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s daily operations, driving strategic growth, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of tour operations, travel bookings, and corporate travel services.
• Develop and implement business strategies to grow sales and expand market share.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Oversee marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with local travel and tourism regulations.
• Recruit, train, and supervise travel consultants and support staff.
• Continuously improve operational processes for efficiency and service excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of travel market
• Proven track record in managing tour operations and travel sales.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in using travel booking systems and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual ability is an advantage.
• Strong network of contacts in the tourism and airline industry.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies in the travel industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
