Job Description

Plan complete travel itineraries including transportation, accommodation, meals, activities, and sightseeing. Tailor packages for different groups (e.g., adventure, luxury, cultural, family). Coordinate with airlines, hotels, local guides, transport providers, and other vendors to get the best rates and services. Calculate costs and set pricing for packages. Make and manage bookings for all aspects of the tour (flights, hotels, excursions, etc.). Confirm reservations and manage changes or cancellations. Develop detailed day-by-day itineraries. Provide pre-trip advice and support. Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction before, during, and after the trip. Oversee tour execution and coordinate with local staff or guides. Monitor service quality and traveler feedback. Provide clear terms and emergency contact plans. Analyze tourism trends and customer preferences to develop appealing packages.
