A tour operator is a hospitality professional who plans and organizes tours and holiday packages, and provides support to customers during their trips: Planning Tour operators create tour packages by combining travel components like accommodations, sightseeing, and services. They also decide which resorts and countries to use, and how many holidays to sell each season. Promotion Tour operators promote their tour packages and travel destinations to attract tourists. They may use brochures, websites, television advertising, and travel agents to market their holidays. Customer support Tour operators advise customers on tour packages based on their budget and interests. They also handle logistical aspects of the tour, such as booking tickets and making reservations. Handling issues Tour operators are responsible for handling any issues that may arise during a tour. They fix problems and provide alternative options for tourists. Verify the authenticity and validity of supporting documents and information provided by the Customers. Maintain an organized system for tracking and managing visa documentation. Prepare and submit visa applications to the appropriate embassy or consulate. Keep updated records of visa application statuses and communicate with customers regarding any additional requirements or changes in the application process. Serve as a point of contact for Customers, providing them with clear and accurate information about the visa application process, requirements, fees, and processing times. Respond to Customers inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent customer service. Address any issues or challenges that arise during the visa application process, such as missing documents, discrepancies, or delays. Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of visa documentation. Review visa applications thoroughly, identifying any errors or inconsistencies and rectifying them before submission. Must have experience in handling visa processing for all the countries.
