• Greet and assist guests at arrival points such as airports or stations, facilitating smooth transitions to resorts or accommodations.
• Organize and host welcome meetings to orient holidaymakers about facilities, schedules, and local highlights.
• Design, coordinate, and guide excursions, entertainment activities, and recreational programs—including options for children, adults, sports, or cultural tours.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues—covering topics like lost luggage, health emergencies, complaints, and unexpected disruptions such as flight delays or service interruptions.
• Sell and arrange add-on services such as excursions, vehicle rentals, and specialty activities to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain relationships with local service providers—hotels, transport companies, vendors—to ensure quality service and smooth coordination.
• Perform health and safety checks, risk assessments, and monitor resort standards to uphold quality and compliance.
• Keep accurate records, complete necessary paperwork, and compile feedback or incident reports as required.

• No formal qualifications are mandatory—though experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is highly advantageous.
