1) Involvement in day to day activities. 2) Achievement of branch wise revenue target. 3) Meet OEM MIS requirements. 4) Visiting all branches on weekly basis and resolve their issues and support 5) Technical knowledge of automotive systems 6) Workshop & team management 7) Customer service & satisfaction handling 8) Profit & loss understanding of service operations 9) OEM systems knowledge (CDMS, DMS, etc.) 10) Process improvement & CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) focus ✅ Employer Preferences (varies): Experience with specific brands (e.g., Maruti, Hyundai, Bajaj, etc.) Familiarity with service KPIs and warranty handling Good communication & leadership skills
