Key Responsibilities :-
Oversee day-to-day operations of the plant/factory, including production, quality control, maintenance, and dispatch.
Ensure timely and cost-effective production with a focus on quality and safety standards.
Lead a multidisciplinary team including production managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
Develop and execute operational plans, KPIs, and cost control strategies.
Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for raw material sourcing and order fulfillment.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and contractors.
Managing all the work from coming of raw material to the production with controlled parameters and dispatch of goods on the given time.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
