Job Description

As a Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Service Program (BEMMP) Manager at our organization, your role will involve overseeing the maintenance service programs in both public and private sectors. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising day-to-day operations in the service department. - Taking P&L responsibility for the BEMMP projects under your purview. - Ensuring the achievement of Service Key performance indicators for Preventive maintenance, User training, Calibration, Breakdown maintenance with expected Response time & Turnaround time. - Optimizing the Repair & Maintenance cost including SLA deduction. - Coordinating with supporting departments, vendors, and original manufacturers. - Analyzing maintenance and devising action plans for continual improvement. - Committing to qualitative service delivery. - Coordinating teams, utilizing specialist teams among all projects as required. - Deploying manpower effectively and optimizing costs. - Building and engaging the team, ensuring effective team governance. - Managing client relationships and ensuring customer delight. - Responding to customer service issues promptly and implementing effective customer service procedures. - Supporting business growth in public & private sectors. - Mobilizing new projects on time and making strategic decisions based on management approval. - Providing technical support to the team for smooth service delivery. - Adhering strictly to ESMS & HSE policies. Additionally, you will have secondary responsibilities such as ensuring proper communication within the team, integrity of team members, controlling expenses, and supporting the sales team for business growth. Qualifications required for this role: - Diploma/B-tech in Engineering with specialization in Biomedical Engineering. - 20-25 years of experience. Mandatory job skills & knowledge: - Technical skill and sound know-how. - Communication Skills. - Presentation skill. - Strategic leadership. - Financial Analysis.
