Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the catering division, controlling all departments operations, production, logistics, finance, HR, and client services.
  
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  
• Oversee large-scale catering projects and ensure flawless execution.
  
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all units.
  
• Manage budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
  
• Lead, train, and motivate multi-departmental teams for high performance.
  
• Streamline supply chain, vendor management, and cost control processes.
  
• Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  
• Resolve escalations and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
  
• Travel as required to supervise and control operations at different locations.

Key Requirements

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 10–15+ years of experience in catering / hospitality, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  
• Strong expertise in large-scale catering operations and F&B management.
  
• Proven track record in revenue generation and business development.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L handling.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  
• Willingness to travel for business operations.
