Job Requirements And Responsibilities

• 1. Supervise all store activities including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatching of materials.
• 2. Ensure accurate documentation of all inventory transactions in ERP (preferably SAP or equivalent).
• 3. Maintain optimal stock levels for raw materials, consumables, packing material, and finished goods.
• 4. Implement effective inventory control procedures (FIFO, stock audits, physical verification, etc.).
• 5. Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
• 6. Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store premises.
• 7. Prepare periodic stock reports, aging reports, and reconciliation statements for audits.
• 8. Lead and train store staff for effective inventory handling, ISO and SAP compliance.
• 9. Monitor the movement of non-moving/slow-moving/obsolete inventory and initiate disposal or usage
  

• 10. Ensure proper tagging/ identification / stagging of material while storage for Proper Identification
• 11. Ensure or Improve Store TAT for all transactions i.e. Receipt to GRN to Bill Submission to accounts.
• 12. Ensure optimum space utilization for all Store Material for efficient space management.
