As the General Manager Sales and Marketing at Ueir Organic Foods, your role is crucial for leading brand positioning, marketing strategy, business growth planning, and multi-channel revenue expansion. You will be responsible for creating a powerful synergy between creative marketing and hard business outcomes. Here's what you will be focusing on: - **Brand & Marketing Leadership**: - Own and evolve the brand identity and customer positioning. - Build impactful campaigns across various platforms. - Ensure consistent storytelling across different channels. - Develop content strategies that create emotional customer connections. - Monitor brand health metrics such as awareness, recall, sentiment, and trust. - **Business Growth & Strategy**: - Craft and execute marketing & growth plans. - Drive revenue targets for retail and online verticals. - Coordinate with various teams for launch rollouts. - Use data to scale high-performing SKUs and campaigns. - **Online & Retail Sales Oversight**: - Align marketing and sales funnel performance across different channels. - Support retail teams with footfall generation campaigns and in-store strategies. - Implement conversion-focused marketing for online channels. - **Business Planning & Financial Forecasting**: - Collaborate to plan marketing budgets and revenue projections. - Forecast and track key KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and profitability targets. - Ensure profitable growth with a focus on unit economics. - **Team Leadership & Collaboration**: - Build and manage internal marketing team, agencies, and partners. - Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments. - Set clear KPIs and drive accountability. **Key Requirements**: - 8-15 years of experience in Brand, Marketing, or Growth roles. - Proven track record of scaling brands & revenues. - Strong understanding of brand-building and data-driven marketing. - Experience managing P&L, sales forecasting, and budgets. - Leadership experience with cross-functional teams. - Passion for organic, sustainable, and clean food movements is a strong plus.
