General Manager - Sales & Marketing

You will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team as the General Manager in the Oil & Gas industry. Your role will involve developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets. You will lead and mentor cross-functional teams, identify new business opportunities, and analyze sales data to boost revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve aggressive sales targets. - Lead cross-functional teams, act as a liaison between executive leadership and on-ground teams for strategic alignment. - Identify new business opportunities, key market segments, and innovative sales strategies. - Monitor sales data, forecast trends, and implement effective solutions to improve revenue. - Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and clients for an effective sales network. - Oversee marketing initiatives to strengthen the PENSOL brand, launch new products, and create compelling campaigns. - Develop and manage departmental budgets focusing on ROI, resource optimization, and operational efficiency.
