General manager - Sales and Design

Role Overview: You will play a crucial role in contributing actively to business decisions by providing qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis. Your strong understanding of design requisites and customer experience will be essential in maximizing business results. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing the ecosystem for successful Sales and Design experiences for both internal teams and customers. Working on projects to optimize costs and drive efficiency in the sales funnel will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also drive the productivity of business managers and collaborate closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs. Your strong account mindset and relationship-building skills will be vital in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the ecosystem for successful Sales and Design experiences - Optimize costs and drive efficiency in the sales funnel - Drive productivity of business managers - Collaborate with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs - Build strong relationships to overcome operational challenges - Manage a team of at least 10 members - Take on challenging problem statements and provide scalable solutions - Utilize first principle thinking and data-driven decision-making - Demonstrate willingness to go the extra mile in a competitive market - Adapt to dynamic business requirements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Qualification preferably in B. Arch or B. Interior Design - Master's/Specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management - Minimum of 7-8 years of experience - Ability to understand operational challenges and build relationships to overcome obstacles - Experience in managing a team of at least 10 members - Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast-paced and high-energy environment - Strong first principle thinking and data-driven decision-making skills - Willingness to tackle challenging problems and provide elegant solutions - Innovative, resourceful, and comfortable with dynamic business requirements,
