Minimum 7-8 Years of experience
Ability to understand Ops challenges and build relationships to overcome ops blockers
Should have managed a team of minimum 10 team members
Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment.
Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions
