Job Description:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the hotel’s full operations to ensure high performance, profitability, and exceptional guest satisfaction. This role involves managing departmental teams, maintaining service quality, implementing business strategies, and ensuring compliance with operational standards. The GM acts as the face of the property, driving a culture of excellence, efficiency, and teamwork across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless coordination across front office, housekeeping, F&B, and administration.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience by monitoring service standards and addressing escalations.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and overall profitability.
• Control operational costs, review financial reports, and meet budgetary goals.
• Maintain property standards in hygiene, safety, maintenance, and statutory compliance.
• Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and local authorities.
• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor negotiations as needed.
• Drive team motivation, discipline, and a high-performance work culture.
