Role Description

We are seeking a full-time General Manager - Real Estate Transactions to join our on-site team in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing real estate transactions, negotiating deals, managing client relationships, and ensuring the smooth execution of property deals. The candidate will lead a team, develop business strategies, and identify growth opportunities. Responsibilities also include maintaining market knowledge and supporting the team in achieving business goals.


Qualifications

  • . Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking, industry seminars and other sources.

• Reach out & follow up with the fastest-growing corporate companies and secure business.

• Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.

• Should be able to assess client requirements and serve promptly to maximize closure opportunities.

• Build and maintain excellent relationships.

• Pool details of the property concerning coordinates and details of land/property owner and conduct site inspections.

• Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, and participate in proposal discussions.

• Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, and accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.

• Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller

• Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in the due diligence process and documentation thereafter
