Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business growth and generate gross profit from your own customer base while ensuring receivables remain within agreed credit terms.
  • Achieve team gross profit business plan through proactive leadership and sales execution.
  • Maintain and refresh an individual pipeline of at least 30 customers, alongside managing the team pipeline.
  • Successfully register and onboard a minimum of 3 large PSUs and 5 major MNCs within the first year.
  • Provide fortnightly project highlights and periodic reports detailing business won, lost.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    20 years of experience

     in Project Logistics / Project Cargo / Heavy Lift / Chartering.
  • At least

    15 years of proven success

     in Project Sales and Business Development.
  • Strong leadership, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated record of driving large, complex logistics projects and achieving measurable business growth.
