Role Purpose:

Overall in-charge of showroom strategy, operations, profitability, and leadership across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute annual business strategy with the Directors.

• Supervise Sales, Operations, Accounts, Design & Logistics.

• Set sales & performance KPIs for each team.

• Ensure premium client experience and after-sales satisfaction.

• Vendor management, brand partnerships, and expansion support.

• Mentor & motivate team of 150+ employees.

Requirements:

• MBA / Graduate, 15 yrs experience in luxury retail / interiors / hospitality.

• Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills.

• Sharp sense of design and brand presentation. Personality Fit: Confident, strategic, refined, and people-centric.
