Job Description

Oversee all company operations from the Head Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Lead, guide, and mentor departmental heads across functions (HR, Finance, Projects, Marketing, Operations).
Implement effective policies, procedures, and SOPs to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control, ensuring profitability
Drive strategic initiatives, business development, and expansion plans.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
Review reports, analyze data, and provide insights for management decisions.
Act as the primary point of contact between management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
:
Minimum
15 years of proven leadership experience
, preferably in Construction industry ( Hydro).
Strong
technical knowledge and management skills
with ability to handle multi-department functions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
MBA/PGDM or equivalent qualification preferred.
