Job Description

Delivery of product against the set standard cost
Effectively manage production operations and personnel for the inorganic chemical plant
Develop and implement short-term and long-term production strategies for inorganic chemical manufacturing.
Ensure smooth and efficient plant operations, overseeing daily production, managing schedules, and adjusting plans to meet deadlines and market requirements.
Monitor and control critical parameters at all production stages to ensure product quality and compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Plan and monitor entire production processes and ensure that all standards are met
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment and machinery
Monitor controlling costs and ensuring production keeps up with the demand
Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual production reports
Prioritize safety and environmental obligations in all production activities.
Maintain discipline in the plant to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
Effectively manage material, equipment, and human resources to optimize production efficiency.
