General Manager

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our spices business, overseeing overall operations, strategy, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the spices industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and market share objectives.

2. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and supply chain management.

3. Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including production, sales, marketing, and logistics.

4. Quality and Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining high-quality products and processes.

5. Market Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and expand market presence.

6. Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and ROI targets are met.

7. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Proven experience in the spices industry, preferably in a general management role.

2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

3. Business Acumen: Strategic thinking, business planning, and financial management skills.

4. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the spices industry, including production, quality control, and market trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹200,000.00 per month
