Job Purpose

To lead, plan, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects, ensuring strong brand positioning, optimal lead generation, increased sales velocity, and market competitiveness while aligning with the organizations growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement annual and project-wise marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new launches (residential, commercial, plotted developments).
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, CRM, and channel partners.

2. Brand Management & Communication

  • Build and maintain a strong corporate and project brand identity.
  • Oversee branding guidelines, creatives, brochures, hoardings, digital assets, and on-site branding.
  • Manage PR activities, media relations, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

3. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and portals.
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through online and offline channels.
  • Monitor CPL, ROI, conversion ratios, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies and internal teams for continuous optimization.

4. Sales Enablement & Channel Marketing

  • Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, presentations, walkthrough videos, and campaign support.
  • Develop and manage channel partner marketing programs.
  • Plan and execute site events, roadshows, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of marketing spend with measurable outcomes.
  • Vendor negotiation and cost optimization while maintaining quality standards.

6. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
  • Define KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure skill development.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, CRM, projects, and external agencies.
