Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products domestically and internationally.
  • Lead the marketing team, fostering a performance-driven culture and guiding product managers and marketing executives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies and ensure effective product positioning.
  • Drive new product launches and manage the lifecycle of existing products.
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and branding strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production departments for product development inputs based on market needs.
  • Responsible for developing effective Marketing Plan and meet the brand wise objectives
  • Ensure unit wise and rupee value wise growth of brands through developing effective marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in brand management, market expansion, and team leadership.
  • In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations, market dynamics, and customer behavior.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
