Job Description

General Manager to take full ownership of hotel operations in Shillong. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record of managing an entire property or multiple small properties. They should be capable of leading a team and ensuring a high-quality guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee entire hotel operations, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and F&B. Ensure exceptional guest experience and address any service concerns. Manage room bookings and revenue optimization. Maintain property upkeep and compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management. Hands-on experience in managing hotel operations independently. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of hotel booking systems and revenue management is a plus.
