General Manager - IT Infrastructure

Looking to onboard a skilled General Manager - IT Infrastructure with 18 to 24years of experience to lead our IT infrastructure team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive IT infrastructure strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to design, develop, and deploy IT infrastructure solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain large-scale IT infrastructure systems, including data centers and network architectures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT infrastructure management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT infrastructure.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects with a minimum of 14 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of IT professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including data center design and network architecture.
• Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
