General Manager – Insurance Broking Division

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to establish and lead our upcoming Insurance Broking Company. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end setup, IRDAI registration, operations management, and business growth across general, life, and health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the complete setup and licensing process for the new broking company.
• Build relationships with insurance companies and regulatory authorities.
• Develop business strategy, sales channels, and operational framework.
• Recruit and manage the core team, ensuring compliance and profitability.
• Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective broking solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in insurance broking, banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations and broking operations.
• Proven leadership and business development skills.
• IRDAI Broker/Principal Officer certification is an added advantage.
