* Develop and execute franchise growth strategies aligned with company objectives
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified franchise partners
* Manage the end-to-end franchise sales process from lead generation to agreement signing
* Collaborate with legal, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth franchise development
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
* Build and nurture strong relationships with franchisees to support long-term success
* Ensure compliance with all franchising regulations and internal standards
✅ 8+ years of experience in franchise development, preferably in QSR or hospitality
✅ Proven track record of closing multi-unit franchise deals
✅ Strong network within the franchise and foodservice industry
✅ Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
✅ Strategic mindset with operational understanding
✅ Ability to travel as required for meetings and market visits
