General Manager Finance

You are looking for a Senior GM / GM Finance & Accounting position with one of the leading Real Estate brands based in Lucknow. As a Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 14-15 years of experience, your main responsibility will be to manage the overall Finance & Accounting function of the company. This includes tasks such as Accounting and Financial Reporting, Cost Efficiency, Taxation & Regulatory Compliance, Audit Management, Financial Statements preparation (Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.), Internal Controls & Risk Management, ERP & MIS Systems management, Cash Flow & Treasury Management, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Strategic Financial Planning. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and proficiency in financial software and tools. Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
