Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned experiential marketing professional to lead and grow the experiential business vertical for our Hyundai account and other new businesses. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong team leader, and a business driver with proven experience in end-to-end event management and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Business Development:
  • Spearhead experiential marketing for the Hyundai account and explore opportunities for new business development.
  • Drive additional revenue streams by proactively conceptualizing and pitching new campaign ideas and activations.
  • Client Management & Strategy:
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Translate brand objectives into compelling on-ground experiences that deliver value and measurable results.
  • Event Planning & Execution:
  • Oversee the seamless planning and flawless execution of all events, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Ensure zero client escalations and high client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 8–10 experiential marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure delivery on all fronts—creative, operations, and account management.
  • Presentation & Communication:
  • Create impactful presentations and effectively present proposals to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Should be articulate, persuasive, and confident in client-facing situations.
  • Business & Financial Acumen:
  • Be highly number-driven with the ability to manage budgets, forecast revenues, and drive profitability.
  • Monitor business metrics and take corrective action where needed to meet financial goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 16 years of relevant experience in experiential/events industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and business generation.
  • Deep understanding of the Indian events and activation landscape.
  • Experience in managing automobile or similar scale accounts will be an added advantage.
