Are you an accomplished leader ready to oversee a dynamic portfolio including Hotels, Restaurants, Food Production & Entertaint? We are a rapidly growing multi diversified business group seeking a strategic and results-driven GM to spearhead our operations in Perinthalmanna, Kerala.

The Challenge:

Full operational and P&L leadership for multiple business units. You will drive strategic growth, optimize efficiency, and ensure world-class customer experience across the entire organization.

We Need a Leader Who:

- Has 10 + years of experience in senior management, ideally in Hospitality, F&B operations & food production

- Holds an MBA or equivalent degree.

- Has proven success in P&L management, strategic planning, and people leadership.

What You’ll Do:

- Set and execute growth strategies across all verticals.

- Manage budgets and drive profitability.

- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team.

- Ensure operational excellence and quality control.
