Job Description

Role -

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process and Business Consultant with expertise in the Insurance industry (Commercial & Specialty and Life and Pension). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, business analysis, digital transformation, and project management. This is a mid to senior-level role requiring 10-15 years of relevant experience, with a focus on driving operational excellence and delivering innovative solutions.

Job responsibilities -

  • Process Improvement & Re-engineering

    :
    • Lead initiatives to optimize and re-engineer business processes within the Insurance domain.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Implement workbench solutions to streamline operations.
  • Digital Transformation

    :
    • Drive digital transformation projects to enhance business capabilities and customer experience.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement innovative technologies and solutions.
  • Business Analysis

    :
    • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
    • Develop actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy formulation.
  • Project Management

    :
    • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Solutioning for BPO/BPS

    :
    • Provide expert guidance on BPO/BPS solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Criteria-

  • Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification.
  • Experience in implementing workbench solutions.
  • Familiarity with BPO/BPS solutioning.
  • 10-15 years of experience in Insurance consulting with a focus on process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation
  • Proven expertise in process re-engineering, improvement, and automation.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
  • Project management experience with a track record of successfully delivering complex initiatives.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
