Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Kochi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure project execution aligns with company standards, and manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Responsibilities include maintaining quality and safety standards, managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading a team of professionals to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Experience in commercial and industrial infrastructure construction
• Proficiency in modern construction technologies and practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively
• Commitment to safety, sustainability, and quality standards
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 20+ Experience with architecture and design is a plus
