Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Asansol / Durgapur. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies for business growth. Responsibilities will include budget management, performance evaluation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Leadership, Team Management, and Staff Development skills

Experience in Operations Management, Resource Allocation, and Efficiency Optimization

Customer Service and Client Relationship Management skills

Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Performance Evaluation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to make informed decisions and handle multiple responsibilities

Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field

Experience in the relevant industry is a plus
