Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Kochi. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the team, and ensure exceptional service quality. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, supervising travel bookings, developing strategic plans, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Additional tasks involve budget management, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work environment.
