GENERAL MANAGER

To lead and control overall sales operations across showrooms, drive volume and profitability, strengthen brand presence, and ensure achievement of OEM and dealership business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth

• Define and execute annual and monthly sales plans for all showrooms.
• Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Drive retail, corporate, institutional, and exchange sales.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.

Multi-Showroom Operations

• Oversee sales performance of all branches and territories.
• Ensure uniform sales processes and SOP adherence.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly showroom-wise performance.

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead Sales Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Executives.
• Set targets, KPIs, and incentive structures.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training programs.

Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS scores.
• Handle major customer escalations.
• Ensure compliance with OEM brand standards and audits.

OEM & Dealer Coordination

• Act as key point of contact with OEM sales teams.
• Ensure achievement of OEM schemes, incentives, and milestones.
• Prepare and present OEM performance reports.

Planning, MIS & Controls

• Review sales MIS, forecasts, and stock planning.
• Control ageing inventory and improve stock rotation.
• Work closely with Accounts for profitability and receivables.

Marketing & Business Development

• Approve and monitor ATL/BTL activities.
• Support dealership expansion and new showroom launches.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
