Noctis is India’s first high-concept , ultra-luxury dining residency, bringing together Michelin-level chefs, cinematic venue design, and storytelling-led hospitality. Our inaugural edition launches December 2025 at Palace Grounds, Bangalore — a 7-night, 7-course experience for a curated UHNI guest list, supported by leading luxury brands. We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational delivery of Noctis. This role requires exceptional leadership, meticulous planning, and the ability to execute at an international standard. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams across Hospitality, Culinary Operations, Guest Experience, AV/Technical, Infrastructure, and Vendor Management. Translate creative vision into structured operational plans, SOPs, and timelines. Oversee site setup, live event control, backstage management, and guest-facing excellence. Ensure all operations meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality. Maintain effective vendor relationships and budget discipline. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, premium events, or 5-star hotel operations. Demonstrated success managing multi-day, high-profile events (1000+ guests). Strong vendor management, negotiation, and crisis resolution skills. Proven ability to engage UHNI clientele with discretion and professionalism. Calm, structured, and decisive leadership style under pressure.
