Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Insurance Operations Executive with mandatory experience in Motor and Health Insurance. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end insurance operations, including policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and customer coordination. This role requires strong product knowledge, operational accuracy, and a customer-first approach while working closely with internal teams and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end operations for Motor and Health Insurance policies, including issuance, renewals, endorsements, and documentation.
• Generate online purchase links for customers and assist them through the buying journey.
• Handle premium calculations, applicable discounts, and policy comparisons across insurers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy processing.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all policy documentation and records.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of General Insurance products, IRDAI regulations, and underwriting guidelines.
• Track and meet assigned operational KPIs and performance targets.
• Identify process gaps and share feedback with management to improve operational efficiency.
• Support cross-selling and upselling opportunities within General Insurance products when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in General Insurance operations, with Motor & Health Insurance being mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Motor and Health Insurance products, premium structures, and discounting.
• Experience with online policy issuance systems and link generation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and insurance-related software/tools.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
