About the Role:

General Insurance Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Management & Renewals:

  Proactively manage and execute the timely renewal of existing client policies, focusing heavily on

  Motor

  and

  Fire

  insurance segments.Coordination with clients making them doing payment of renewals on time.

• Quotation Generation:

  Prepare and provide accurate new policy quotations to customers based on their requirements and underwriting guidelines.

• Client Coordination:

  Act as the primary back-office contact for clients, addressing policy-related queries and providing exceptional service.

• Inter-Departmental Coordination:

  Work closely with the sales team, seniors, and Relationship Managers of various insurance companies to ensure seamless policy issuance and service.

• Documentation & Reporting:

  Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, policy data, and renewal statuses using company systems.

• Process Adherence:

  Work under the direct guidance of senior team members, ensuring all processes and compliance standards are met.

What We Are Looking For (Candidate Profile):

• Education:

  A Graduate in Commerce is preferred.

• Industry Knowledge:

  Solid understanding of the

  General Insurance Industry

  , particularly

  Motor

  and

  Fire

  insurance products and processes.

• Experience:

  Previous experience in the

  Insurance

  or

  Banking

  sector will be a strong advantage.

• Skills:

  Excellent communication (verbal and written), strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and superior organizational skills.proper drafting ,preparing notes .

• Attitude:

  Must be a team player, highly organized, and committed to taking ownership of client renewal timelines.
