GenAI professional with 2 to 4 years of experience to support healthcare incentive compensation (IC) use case

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement

  Incentive Compensation (IC)

  use cases using our

  in-house GenAI platform

  .
• Collaborate with business teams to understand IC requirements and translate them into

  AI-driven solutions

  .
• Work with the in-house GenAI tool to

  set up data, configure prompts and pipelines

  , and

  fine-tune functions

  based on results.

• Test, validate, and optimize

  AI outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with healthcare business needs.

Good to Have:

• Experience or understanding of
