Role-Gen AI Technical Architect Location- Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad Shift -2pm-11pm Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and launching enterprise applications using Generative AI technologies. This role requires hands-on development, team management, technical reviews, and accurate technical estimations. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Architect, Software developer. At least 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML, Generative AI technologies and enterprise application development. Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++. Expertise in developing high-performing RAG-based chatbots and multi-modal AI agents, fine-tuning LLMs Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries Experience with Azure Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
