AI Generalist – Agentic Workflows & Full-Stack Engineering

�� About the Role

We are looking for an AI Generalist with strong hands-on experience in building AI agents and workflow orchestration using agentic frameworks. You should also be comfortable working across the full stack — from backend APIs to frontend dashboards — to bring intelligent automation to life.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI systems, automation infrastructure, and user-facing tools, owning projects from ideation to deployment.

️ Key Responsibilities

● Design, prototype, and build AI agent-based workflows using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, OpenAgents).

● Create scalable agent systems for use cases like research, content creation, decision support, etc.

● Develop orchestration logic for multi-agent collaboration and task routing. ● Build and maintain backend APIs, data pipelines, and task queues to support agents. ● Implement intuitive UIs or dashboards to manage and visualize agent workflows.

● Integrate with third-party APIs, LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), vector databases, and tools.

● Optimize prompt engineering, context management, and memory strategies for agent stability and performance.

● Write clean, well-documented, production-grade code and deploy it in real environments (cloud or edge).

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to deliver powerful AI-first tools.

✅ Requirements

Must-Have

● 3+ years of experience as a software engineer or AI generalist.

● Proven hands-on experience building with at least one agentic framework (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, etc.).

● Strong programming experience with either Python or JavaScript/TypeScript.

● Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt chaining, memory, tools, embeddings, and agent design patterns.

● Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL APIs. ● Familiarity with full-stack technologies: e.g., Next.js / React / Node / FastAPI / Django.

● Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Supabase, or NoSQL), Redis, vector DBs (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate).

● Comfortable with cloud infrastructure (e.g., Vercel, AWS, GCP) and DevOps workflows (CI/CD, Docker).

Nice-to-Have

● Prior work on AI-first products or startups.

● Experience with agent memory stores, custom tool integration, or planning modules (e.g., ReAct, AutoGPT).

● Worked on personal AI assistants, knowledge agents, or task automation bots. ● Contributions to open-source LLM frameworks or toolchains.
