GEM Portal Specialist

A leading supplier of high-quality electrical goods based in the Jamshedpur region, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven GEM Portal Specialist to manage our complete end-to-end operations on the platform.

What You'll Do:

• Complete GeM Portal Management: Oversee all aspects of our presence on the GeM portal, from product catalog management and pricing to managing bids and securing contracts.
• Tender/Bid Identification & Submission: Proactively identify relevant tenders for electrical goods, meticulously prepare competitive bids, and ensure timely and compliant submission.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain all necessary documentation, including financial and technical papers, to meet GeM compliance requirements.
• Order Fulfilment Coordination: Work closely with our sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth post-tender order execution and payment realization

What You'll Need:

• Deep Expertise in GeM: At least [Insert Number, e.g., 2-4] years of hands-on experience exclusively working with the GeM Portal is essential.
• B2B/Electrical Goods Experience: Prior experience in the B2B sector, ideally dealing with electrical, electronic, or industrial goods, is a significant advantage.
• Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Jamshedpur
• Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
• A self-starter who is focused on delivering results and increasing our market share on the platform.
