GEM Portal Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, bidding, tender participation, order management, and ensuring compliance with government procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and update product catalogs on the GEM portal.
• Upload and maintain product specifications, pricing, and certifications.
• Search, identify, and participate in relevant tenders/bids on GEM.
• Prepare and submit bids/tenders as per government guidelines.
• Monitor bid status, track orders, and follow up for timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with GEM policies, government procurement norms, and deadlines.
• Maintain proper records of bids, orders, invoices, and payments.
• Regularly check GEM notifications and updates for new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Proven experience in handling the GEM portal (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to prepare and review technical/commercial documents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,884.39 - ₹28,942.02 per month
