Company: Routes 2 RootsLocation: NoidaAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GeM Portal Executive to manage our company's business operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. This role is crucial for driving sales, ensuring efficient procurement processes, and expanding our reach within government organizations by effectively utilizing the GeM platform. Key Responsibilities:Product & Service Management:Manage and update product and service listings on the GeM portal, including specifications, pricing, and other relevant details. Ensure product and service information is accurate, competitive, and compliant with GeM standards. Tendering & Bidding:Monitor and identify relevant government tenders and bid opportunities on the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms. Prepare, submit, and manage all necessary documents for bids and tenders within stipulated deadlines. Handle various bid types, such as Normal, Bunch, Reverse, and Custom bids. Compliance & Documentation:Ensure all processes and documentation adhere to GeM guidelines and government regulations. Manage and maintain records of bids, orders, and other transaction-related documents. Sales & Business Development:Drive sales and business growth by strategically bidding on tenders and effectively marketing products/services on the GeM platform. Build and maintain strong relationships with government buyers. Reporting & Analysis:Analyze bid opportunities and market trends to identify new business prospects. Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts related to GeM procurement activities. Required Skills and Qualifications:Education:A graduate degree in any discipline is essential. Experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in GeM portal operations, government e-procurement, and tendering is mandatory. Technical Skills:Strong proficiency with the GeM portal and other government e-procurement platforms. Knowledge of various bid formats (Bunch, Reverse, Custom). Familiarity with government tendering processes. Soft Skills:Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills.
